SLBC Ltd is local, family-run bricklaying contractor business. Our services include Time Served & Highly Skilled Bricklayers, CSCS Compliant Workforce, Quality Foreman/Site Supervisors, Site Labourers, Qualified Small Plant Operatives and Qualified Hand Tools Operatives. We pride ourselves on customer service excellence in all aspects of our business but especially when dealing with clients and their customers. 

As a bricklaying subcontractor, the service we provide is Labour only, as we are predominantly new-home builders working across both the private and social sector. However, we are always open to domestic projects where possible – never hesitate to get in touch with us.

Health and safety is always at the forefront of our business operations and we are both SMAS and CHAS Advanced accredited. All of our tradesmen are fully qualified and carry CSCS cards for their trades, whilst SLBC ensures all current legislation is adhered to and relevant training is carried out on a continuous and regular basis through our online training platform Atlas Citation. 

We are proud of what we put back into the construction industry by actively encouraging and employing bricklaying apprentices year on year, in doing so, SLBC ensures the future of qualified tradesmen continues to grow.

We are CHAS Advanced & SMAS accredited and are committed to prioritising the safety of our workforce, whilst ensuring issues such as: Health & Safety, Environmental Issues, Quality Management, Equal Opportunities & Diversity, Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Modern Slavery are prioritised by our business. 

We are proud of the services that we provide and continue to invest in training to enable our workforce to carry out all duties in a safe and timely manner. We carry out Toolbox Talks on all sites and provide up to date Site Inspection Reports. All Risk Assessments and Method Statements are also put in place as part of our Pre-acceptance.

Undoubtedly the most critical issue effecting the Construction Industry today is Health & Safety. Not only do we work towards reducing accidents but also in avoiding the development of long term occupational hazards. 

We recently introduced Atlas Citation as a health, safety and human resource platform to enhance our commitments to the health and safety of all our staff and subcontractors which continues to be our biggest priority.
